At Ares Lifting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. The customer must file an appeal to info@areslifting.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return request, we will review your appeal and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
